What exactly is included in the price?
All packages include setup time, photo taking, live printing and manufacturing of the magnets.

Each guest receives one personalized magnet. For 350 guests, we'll produce 350 magnets.

Do you work with fixed packages or customized quotes?
I have standard packages, but because the number of guests can vary greatly per event, I always make a customized quote.

How is the price determined?
The price depends on the number of guests, the time required and the number of people who support me during the event.

Are travel expenses included?
Travel expenses are calculated separately. For distances of 15 km or more, the rate is €0.23 per kilometer.

How exactly does it work on location?
The process takes place in four steps:
1. Take a photo – of the person or group.
2. Processing – the photo is placed on the laptop and placed in the print template.
3. Printing – the page is printed, the six magnets are cut out and made into a magnet.
4. Distribution – the correct person receives his or her magnet.

How long will you be present at the event?
That depends on the number of guests. We determine the duration in advance in consultation.

How quickly are the magnets made and distributed?
We work in batches. On average, a batch is ready within 15 minutes. During peak periods, this can take up to 30 minutes.

Can guests choose which photo is printed?
You can choose your own interpretation. I can print photos from existing ones or from live photos.

Can you customize the design of the magnets to match the corporate identity or theme of the event?
Absolutely! Let me know what you have in mind, and we'll fine-tune the design accordingly.

How can guests collect the magnets?
We use a magnetic board to display all the finished magnets. There's also someone on hand to ensure the magnets reach the right people.

How far in advance should I book?
There is no fixed date, but the sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that your desired date is still available.

Am I available for events outside the Netherlands?
That depends on the location. At the moment, my services are only available in the Netherlands and Belgium. Travelling by plane is not practical due to the equipment, but travelling by car within these two countries is possible. Please note, however, that additional costs may apply depending on the distance travelled (mileage allowance) and the travel time required to reach your event location.

What happens if my date changes or the event is postponed?
We always work with you to find a suitable solution. If personalized materials have already been printed, or a lot of preparation time has been spent, there may be additional costs involved.

Can you be present for multiple days or part days?
Yes, this is possible in consultation.

Can we add our logo or branding to the magnets?
Absolutely. Besides my own branding, there's also room for your logo or corporate identity.

Can you also collaborate with our photographer or event partner?
That is certainly possible.

Do you also offer personalized packaging or cards?

What is the quality of the prints and magnets?
Quality starts with the photo itself. With a good camera and printer, I ensure sharp, clear prints with beautiful colors.

How big are the magnets?
Each magnet is 5x5 cm.

How soon after taking the photo will the magnet be ready?
Depending on how busy we are, a batch will be ready within 15 to 30 minutes.

Do you need power or Wi-Fi on location?
I need power for the printer. A stable Wi-Fi connection is helpful, but not essential – please let me know if it's not available.

How much space do you need for your setup?
A sturdy table approximately 200x80 cm is ideal. A stable work surface is important for making the magnets.

Can you work indoors and outdoors?
Yes, depending on the weather. For outdoor locations, a marquee or shaded area is required to protect the equipment.

What if something goes wrong with the printer or technology?
I always carry a backup laptop. If there's a technical problem with the printer, we'll find a suitable solution on the spot.
